Prestige Contemporary Kitchen Project in Abu Dhabi
Updated:
Prestige is a contemporary bespoke Italian kitchen designed for a private residence in Abu Dhabi, where refined materials, clean architectural lines and sophisticated detailing create an elegant interpretation of modern luxury. The project combines high-end functionality with a warm and luminous aesthetic, bringing together Italian design, premium finishes and bespoke craftsmanship.
The composition is defined by glossy ivory cabinetry enriched with delicate gold accents and contrasting dark natural stone. The restrained palette gives the space a sophisticated, contemporary character, while carefully integrated metallic details introduce a subtle sense of glamour without overwhelming the architecture.
Dark marble becomes one of the defining materials of the project. Used extensively across the worktops, backsplash and central island, its expressive veining creates depth and contrast against the light cabinetry. The polished surface reflects the surrounding light, reinforcing the refined and luxurious atmosphere of the interior.
At the centre of the kitchen, the generous island acts as both a functional workspace and a social focal point. Integrated cooking equipment, ample preparation surfaces and a dedicated breakfast area create a practical layout for everyday living, while the coordinated upholstered stools extend the design language of the kitchen into the seating area.
The cabinetry is conceived with a strong emphasis on clean proportions and discreet functionality. Appliances are integrated seamlessly into the composition, while lift-up doors, internal storage systems and illuminated display areas provide contemporary solutions without compromising the elegance of the design.
Gold-finished details appear throughout the room, from the cabinetry profiles and handles to the lighting and furniture accents. Combined with soft upholstery, mirrored surfaces and warm timber flooring, these elements create a sophisticated dialogue between contemporary Italian design and the luxurious character of the Abu Dhabi residence.
The adjoining dining area continues the same aesthetic, with a glass dining table, upholstered chairs and statement lighting forming a coordinated interior. Rather than treating the kitchen as a separate functional space, Prestige is conceived as part of a complete living environment, designed for both daily life and elegant entertaining.
This integrated approach is central to the Modenese bespoke interior design service. Each project is developed according to the architecture of the residence, the lifestyle of the client and the desired aesthetic, from initial space planning and technical development to the selection of finishes, furniture and decorative details.
The furniture is designed and handcrafted in Italy by skilled Italian artisans, combining specialist manufacturing, premium materials and bespoke detailing. Every element is tailored to the dimensions and requirements of the project, ensuring consistency, precision and a high level of craftsmanship.
Modenese can oversee the complete process, including interior design, technical development, bespoke furniture manufacturing, project coordination, international delivery and professional installation in Abu Dhabi and throughout the UAE.
Prestige represents a refined expression of contemporary Italian luxury: luminous finishes, dramatic marble, elegant gold accents and bespoke Made in Italy craftsmanship brought together in a sophisticated kitchen designed for modern living in Abu Dhabi.
